  4. SANDWICHES MADE OF MULTI-GRAIN ,BROWN OR WHOLE GRAIN BREADS,STUFFED WITH PANEER ,SPROUTS,EGGS OR VEGGIES ARE EXCELLENT MID MORNING OR EVENING SNACK,AS THEY ARE FULL OF ENERGY.
  5. EGGS ARE GOOD SNACKING OPTION.THEY ARE GOOD SOURCES OF PROTEIN AND LOW ON CALORIE.ADD EGGS TO SANDWICH,SALAD,DOSAS OR CHAPATI.
  6. A BOWL OF FORTIFIED CEREALS WITH A GLASS OF COLD OR WARM MILK CAN TAKEN ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT TO SATISFY THE HUNGER PANGS IMMEDIATELY.
